My morning routine actually starts about 4 pm the day before. So here's what I do differently with my evening/night routine to set me up to have a great (next) day.

A successful day hinges on a successful morning. But a successful morning hinges on what happens the night before!

I learned a while back that a successful day really comes down to a successful morning routine, but that a successful morning routine doesn't just start when I wake up... it starts with a successful night routine.

So you could kind of say that my morning routine actually starts at about 4 pm the day before.

Right now I'm still in my anti-morning routine flow, but one thing that hasn't changed is how I structure my evenings. 

The entire goal of my evenings is to prioritize 3 things: rest, connection, and home.
